Check the installation direction of the battery box of the crane remote control.
Check the battery level of the crane remote control.
Check if the connection between the battery box and the circuit board of the crane remote control is open.
Check whether the microprocessor control unit of the crane remote control is faulty.
If the transmitter LED is normal, but the crane remote control receiver is not responding at all then you can follow these steps to continue checking.
Verify that the power input to the crane remote control receiver is normal.
Check that the AC power fuse and DC power fuse are not blown. If necessary, turn off the main power supply and replace it with a spare fuse.
Verify that the wiring between the "Receive HF" module and the "Relay" module is normal.
Verify that the crane remote control relay output fuse is not blown, and replace with a spare fuse if necessary.
Verify that the S/N codes of the crane remote control receiver and transmitter match the CH channel number.
Check that the transmitter quartz crystal is not damaged or dislodged.
Do not press the "start" button on the crane remote control, just press the "up" and "down" keys. The transmitter should flash red quickly to indicate an error in the start-up mode. If not, the microprocessor control unit is faulty or the power supply wiring is abnormal.
Press the normal start crane remote control program, the power indicator is red, can't start or take down the magnetic key: the magnet is off or the magnetic control tube on the circuit board is bad, install the magnet or replace the magnetic control tube, the emergency method can be directly short circuit both ends of the magnet control tube.
May be crane remote control stuck, open the back cover to remove the battery, reinstallation can solve the problem.
Verify that the relay output fuse is blown, and replace the spare fuse if necessary.
Verify that the original remote control system is working properly. If normal, find the original manufacturer of the crane machine for repair.
